Check the actual log for Wallop instead. It sounds like you don't have FFMPEG installed correctly or set to the right path.
Ahh, its probably a bug in toml. That's kinda tricky. Try quoting the key `"5.1"` and see if that works.

I personally do this with nginx. I have all my stuff behind an nginx proxy.
