Release Packages: windows zip archive of v0.3.6-pre release doesn't comply with pawn.json

On windows, when sampctl ensure looks for the v0.3.6-pre release file:

^discord-connector-.+-win(32)?.zip$

it finds it, and tries to extract whatever is in folder discord-connector-.+\\, which is present in every older release, but not on this one, thus failing to ensure the dependency.
