Move Ragnarok dragon to be with the MP Gentlemen in the "sets" tab

Since I do not believe that RagDra is located anywhere on there, it would make a lot of sense to add it to the gentlemen area.

I can rearrange stuff since it doesn't really make sense the way it is now, but since they're technically "dragons", they're currently in the second column with the rest of the biweeklies and endgame dragons.

Maybe change the name from MP Gentlemen to something else and add Ragnarok Dragon?

Well, it's "MP Dragons" and "Four Gentlemen" currently (copied from PDX), but you're right, I'll add Ragnarok Dragon too, forgot about him.

Somewhat related, does anyone care about the other MP exclusive stuff like LINKA or Princess Soprano? I couldn't find a good way to add them in since they're technically part of collabs, even though they are available full time.
