JP-only unevo'd monsters show up as DONE

I have my asmodeus set to evo to her evolved form, and noticed that when i set her to level 50, she was marked as done. This shouldn't happen, since she hasn't hit her desired evolution. I have many max level JP-only (and/or NA monsters with jp-only uvos) monsters with an evolution set, but most of those are ultimates.

Also, just noticed that this means their required evo mats don't count towards my materials. Went to evo my kiriko (set to high priority) and none of her mats are counting towards my totals required.

I believe this was by design, but I'd have to look through history to be sure. Making any sort of change to how Done "works" leads to angry mobs with pitchforks, I can maybe add a setting to toggle the behaviour?

That sounds reasonable. If it's by design, though, unfortunately due to the lag time between things hitting NA and getting flagged for NA, it ends up hiding monsters unnecessarily.
