Common Materials not displaying correctly

I've restarted the computer and dumped local memory, but the common materials are still not displaying correctly. I am using Google Chrome Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit), which is up to date. I have the same problem on my iPad using Safari and on FireFox I've attached a screenshot so you can see.
