Feature: Add 'Save Filter' to Wallet Journal / Transaction View

It would be sweet if filters in the Wallet Journal / Transaction View can be saved. (even if its only in a cookie/local storage)

e.g.

• Create a filter (RefType == xx, 15d, aggreate by day)
• Save it with a unique name (e.g. "my ratting income / 15d", "jita alt, last week")
• Have a Combobox with all saved filters to select from
