Flush magento cache clears the cart

Hi, I'm on magento 1.5.1 with varnish 2.1 Works great but I noticed a small glitch. If a visitor have some products in cart and in the admin any product is saved or Cache is flushed, on frontend the cart apears empty on next reload. And stays that way until another product is added. Only then the visitor can see 2 products in cart (previous one added).

Do you know what could be the cause? Or maybe a solution.

Hmm.. This sounds interesting. I'll take a look to see if I can reproduce this issue.

How did you configured cache and session backends in local.xml?

If you like and have time I can give you the admin for magento to see for yourself. I commented out cache and memcache from local.xml

This issue is minor, happens only when someone uses to same browser to access admin and frontend. This doesn't occur for usual customers. I'll add later a fix for this situation.

@madalinoprea Did you ever find a solution / fix for this issue? We're experiencing the same issue. Obviously not a major bug, but one we'd like to fix nonetheless. Thank you!
