cmd + '+' using numeric keypad doesn't increase font size

OSX 10.12.5 macvim 8.0.596 (133) Code keyboard (full size, US)

Hitting cmd + '-' on the numeric pad decreases the font but uisng the '+' on the numeric pad doesn't do anything. Using the '+' on the numeric row has the desired effect. Other mac apps do not have an issue using either '+'

@adudek16 Binding to this is <D-=>, not <D-+>.

@ychin We can add binding to <D-+>. Where the best place to put it?
