Version 1.4.2 is not in the releases section

Hi,

I downloaded macs 1.4.2-1 in 2018 from

https://github.com/downloads/taoliu/MACS/MACS-1.4.2-1.tar.gz

I would like to cite this very version but I don't see any link to it on the github page itself in the releases section. The last version on github in the releases section is 1.4.1 so I am wondering if you could also add version 1.4.2 to the releases section?
