Too many list items occur when the tagged list item is indented

Thanks for this very helpful plugin!

I noticed that the summary does not only show a list item containing the queried tag and its child items when the list item itself is indented.

In the screenshot below, I would have expected that only list items 1.1 and 1.1.1 occur in the summary. I hope this can be done.
