Deleted ports: don't show livecheck; change option "hide deleted" to "show deleted"

• Showing livecheck of deleted ports makes no sense to me. From what I understand it will always fail to work (by design) and the app should not even run livecheck for those ports.
• The checkbox "Hide deleted" should probably say "Show deleted" (and be unchecked by default).
• Less important: for outdated livecheck it would potentially be helpful if the latest version was listed in the table as well.

I'd also add: Don't show deleted subports, on the parent port's detail screen.
