Database seeds

We need a way of running various queries just after migrations are completed.

Just for my notes, when we are ready to write the actual seeds:

Create profile for user. User profile is always id 1 in profile table.
Create file for avatar. User's avatar is always id 1 in file table.
Create album for avatars. User's avatar history album is always id 1 in album table.
Create the following groups:
- Default Shares. Always id 1 in grouping table.
- Family. Unknown id. Can be deleted or edited.
- Friends. Unknown id. Can be deleted or edited.
