Translate, Rotate and Scale shortcuts should work when focused in a transform text box

When the user is typing a value in one of the transformation text boxes, there is a good chance they will want to use one of the shortcut keys to change the transformation type (translate/rotate/scale). Currently, this will just type the letter in the text box. Instead, it should handle the shortcut.
