Motion is somehow always detected

I tried this repo instead of the default homeassistant one using my DS-2CD2142FWD-IWS. I immediately noticed that even though I set the percent and sensitivity in my camera to the minimum the library always says that there is motion while the camera is not detecting motion (even the default integration says that motion is not detected.)
