How to Disable "Force Join" when it's enable by default

Sometime i see it not possible to uncheck the "Force to Join" option. SuperLoader - JOIN ENABLE CHEKED - 01 - 2022-04-25_194334

I don't see where i can change this.

Here the Global Settings Panel: SuperLoader - JOIN ENABLE CHEKED - 02 - 2022-04-25_194334

It is possible too to have a way to see if an option is enable /active in it?
