How do I install crazy cow on Windows 10?

I apologize for a noob question but I'm having trouble installing this.

I know how to ssh into my reMarkable, but I don't know how to complete the first 2 steps of the instructions on Windows 10. Where am I copying the files as you have outlined?

I can't find the 'etc/systemsd/system' anywhere on my computer or the device. How do I access it?
