directive inside form

If I use the directive inside a form (with name) and either I set a name for directive or not, the actual model is not updated after I select options from selectize. It is functioning normally if it is not inside a form

It worth mentioning that the view value from the form controller is updated but not the ng-model set in the directive itself

It seems that this is result of removing the scope.$evalAsync from the onChange operation.

Anyone know why this was removed?
