mcpe force close for HTC sensation

Whenever I try to install mods or a texture pack. It go thru the uninstall/install process. But it doesn't open. It doesn't even start. It just turn black and then go back to previous screen. I thought there is something wrong with the mods/packs I download so I redownload, double check It's up to date and try again. Same result. So I uninstall mcpe and pt reinstall both.tried pt without changing anything.I found it doesnt work at all in the 1st place.
