Import/Export of annotated corpora

It would be great to have a tool to import and export annotated corpora. That would allow us to easily share the corpora that we already have (perdate and orgloc) and to receive contributions from future IEPY users.

maybe it's a good idea to use the Brat format. It's documented here: http://brat.nlplab.org/standoff.html

Brat claims to be "widely adopted" by nlp research groups as a web-based annotation tool.

The annotations/labeled evidences, entity occurrence etc. can be visualized with the SQLite db file viewer outside of the IEPY web server environment. One can share the SQLite db file of their annotations along with the csv corpus files as actual data and gold standard respectively.
