Failed to create new token

When I click on the + sign I simply just get a message saying 'failed to create new token' Screenshot_20220309-124119_Samsung Internet

Unfortunately I can't answer you easily. Have you tried on a computer ? Using a computer allow you to open developer console in your browser and display network requests. This will help a lot to try to understand what happens.

I get the same error. This is from console: POST https://data-manager-api.qrcode.macherel.fr/users 429 (Too Many Requests)
