Integrate with Reconstructive-banner in OpenWayback

The histogram-based banner in OWB is often affected by the page itself. Reconstructive, with its use of a shadow DOM, would provide a better encapsulated UI/UX. This might also entail implementing the histogram (is there already a ticket for this in the Reconstructive repo?) to align with the expectations of OWB users.
