Consider providing a web interface that parallels the native GUI

@ibnesayeed mentioned this at IIPC WAC 2021. The idea would be to have a web-based interface for simplifying the Dockerization. This seems very feasible but would require some mechanism to mimic the UI. More thought is needed here but noting it here for the future.

It would be interesting to also allow the web interface to respond to the PWA indicators, i.e., the web application being accessible "offline" via the browser. It would be good to look at how feasible this is w/ localhost services.
