Use system icon badges to show running crawl count

On macOS, this would be present on the Dock icon. I am not familiar enough with Windows 10 to know if there is a correlative UI pattern.

PyCharm shows this on launch -- a checkmark. Not sure if this use case is indicative of "PyCharm is ready!" or "The code repo that will be opened is up to do relative to master."

I am unable to find a references in the wxWidgets/wxPython API docs but wx.TaskBarIcon might be a starting point.
