Resolve Archive-It collection of current URI

Per the original functionality of https://github.com/machawk1/reverseArchiveIt , provide a means for the user to do a lookup of the current URI in Archive-It, either by clicking a button in the Mink dropdown or automatically on generating the DOM content for the Mink UI. Alternative-(additional)-ly allow the user to somehow specify their own collection system to resolve collection identifiers as they browse.
