Can't create file template

After installing plugin i'm unable to create a file template. I'm getting the following message: Cannot Save Settings: Template with name 'RAML File' already exists. Please specify a different template name. Steps to recreate:

  1. Go to Settings -> Editor -> File and Code Templates
  2. Click + sign
  3. Enter any non used name for template
  4. Click apply
