The block visual highlighting is incorrect

My Vim editor is v9.0.1672, and I encountered an issue while using the highlightedyank plugin. In block visual mode, when I first move the cursor downwards and then move it to the left to select the desired content, the highlighting is not correct when I try to copy it.
