Container Issue

I have encountered an issue when using the yamm-nav-walker. There appears to be an issue with the container not being generated on the front end.

It appears that within the wp_nav_menu function, the following 3 lines have no effect:

'container' => 'div', 'container_class' => 'collapse navbar-collapse', 'container_id' => 'bs-example-navbar-collapse-1',

This is also happening to me. It also affects other menus on the page, which are not using the walker. Only seems to affect the 'container'-related rules.

Sorry I haven't had a lot of extra time to look into this. I've labeled this issue with help wanted so hopefully we can get this resolved.
