Add drop target overlay with drag'n'drop

When dragging add-ons into the Add-on Manager or the Script Manager, there's no overlay to show the user that a file can be dropped:

• Add an overlay to show that files can be dropped
• Possibly add a feature to drag 'n' drop servers into the server manager
