Fixes #650

I noticed the same issue started occurring with 15.3.1. Nudge does not launch on a device with macOS 15.2 because 15.3.1 has no CVEs (even though 15.3 does have CVEs). This PR fixes that by checking all versions in between the current installed version and the latest version.
