libutility.so: has text relocations

不好意思，这个我也没有，这个工作是我同事的，我只是帮他研究了一下，感觉应该是这个方法，但是具体也没有做过

SmallVideoRecord1 这个库是没有源码的，没法重新编译了，自己重新编译FFmpeg的源码，只能参考SmallVideoRecord2或者其他文章

这个原因应该是 libutility.so 重复加载引起的， 在7.0以后手机都会有。 我再做ndk的时候也遇见过，最后定位是c代码中重复加载了一个so
