help should put a space between the prefix and the command

currently if you set the prefix to something like !mxtoot the help command will list all commands as !mxtootprivate, !mxtootauth, !mxtootboost, etc..
It should instead list them as !mxtoot private, !mxtoot auth, !mxtoot boost, etc..
