issue with VNAV climb when setting cruise alt equal to trans alt

Describe the bug

If cruise altitude is set to 18000 (default TRANS ALT) VNAV climb will fail after 10,000 feet work arounds: disable A/T increase cruise altitude by increasing MCP alt above 18,000 and pressing in enable A/T
