TCAS doesn't work

Describe the bug

first I would like to say great effort, thank you very much, awesome mod

have newest xplane 12 steam version

I noticed that TCAS is OFF at start, but when enabled, moving the switch to TA/TR + correct squawk (not sure if this is even necessary), message that's OFF disappears, but it doesn't work.

Tested with zibbo, tolis a320 and other planes worked perfectly fine, so must be something in the code.

Tested multiple times, no issue in log file, tested even your github code version, same problem (just one slight difference, that I received a popup from plugin that tcas is buggy => I assume your debug :) )

Tested multiple close calls, same thing, doesn't work.

Zibbo gave me traffic alert + traffic message on display, just an example. Not bashing your mod, is awesome, just pointing out a bug.
