test: migrated all android-core kotlin tests

Summary

  • migrate all Java integration tests in android-core and android-kit-base to Kotlin
  • replace project(':testutils') androidTest dependency in android-core and android-kit-base with com.mparticle.internal:mocking:

Testing Plan

  • existing tests pass! (at least they will, once this is merged)
