Can't be used in WordPress 4.9.6

When I updated to version 4.9.6, this plug-in didn't work and couldn't be exported to github.

Any error logs or anything indicating the issue?

No log prompt was seen in the settings interface. When I click the export to github button, the display starts exporting to github, and then nothing happens.

And Github's personal access tokens interface always displays never used.

Anyone found the problem? It don't work for me either with 5.7.2.

No error in the log or on the plugin settings page. I tried with wp-cli same output as @chenxuuu . Like @hugeterry, the token wasn't even used.
