Difficulty tables in the music select do not follow ordering specified in header.json

Expected behaviour When displaying folders of a difficulty table, the folders should be listed by the order specified by the header.json file regardless of the selected sort type.

Actual behaviour Difficulty table folders are affected by sort type and often appear out of order
