SourceSync isn't on NPM like described

We need to add the package to npm so we don't have to use "npm link" no more to make it work. Currently the "sourcesync" package was claimed by somebody else. But since it's not being used I contacted the GitHub Support hoping that we can claim the package name.

I now just deployed the package as "sourcesyncjs" but I'm planning to use the package name "sourcesync" once it'll be available.
