Specify the version of esp-idf to use

I have been trying to build this template without success. I have tried with esp-idf commit 9e70825d1e1cbf7988cf36981774300066580ea7 (version 3.3) and it does not build.

Please update to more recent versions of IDF and arduino core, and if not possible, at least write in the README file the idf commit that works.

I removed the installation, so I am not 100% sure, but I think that was not the error. Anyway, I got it to work with esp-idf release 4.1, using this repository: https://github.com/DonBrus/M5Stack-IDF-4.0

I suppose it could be used as base for updating this to the most recent versions of esp-idf and Arduino core.
