Large text size fail to draw border

Thanks for this custom text view. I have noticed that it was fail to render border or wrong border rendered when I try to set large font size(issue is Only in kitkat, works fine for 5.0 and up also works for Jelly Bean Os). I don't know it kind of android bug or not but I find out one link related to this. https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=62800 Let me know is it any kind of android bug or code bug?
