@m4rs-mt Looks like xunit.runner.visualstudio now requires net8.0 or net472. This means it cannot be used while we support net6.0 and net7.0.

We could conditionally include xunit.runner.visualstudio, since it is for older frameworks. Or, we could apply this PR when we eventually drop support for net6.0 and net7.0.
