cant enable mouse and keyboard

i am using the latest version of RPW, and after my friend joins his name aint shown in steam overlay section for enabling keyboard and mouse, i'm pretty sure it worked before, but now it aint showing there, any solution?

Same issue, we also see no player in the remote menu like a normal remote play togeter native in other game

It's a result of Steam API changes, and the developer is aware of the issue.
