Version 0.2.11 streams entire desktop instead of just game.
My friend sent me a link to remote play deltarune with him and I was given access to his entire computer, including mouse and keyboard. I also was not shown as a player on his screen.

I am having the same issue as well. It is giving my friend full control of my entire pc, rather than just the game - so here hears himself and such, while not showing up as a player on my screen, thus I couldn't give or take away control from them at all. Is it something to do with the updated version? Someone let me know if there is a solution to this please.
Working on a fix. There are some unexpected API changes in the latest client... well, unexpected to me.

having the exact same issue. was trying to stream the multiplayer Deltarune mod and my friend was complaining that they could hear themself.
Edit: Found a temporary workaround that is kind of a headache to get working but does appear to work.
I was able to download a remote play compatible game from my steam library and copy over the Deltarune files over to the new game's directory. All I did was rename the Deltarune.exe file to MiniThief.exe (the name of the remote play game) and launch it through steam.
Of course, this workaround is contingent on having a remote play title in your library that you are also willing to download and replace with the game you want to stream.

I tried that and it gives me an "Application load error V:0000065432" error, I guess it doesn't work on some games?
Latest release should fix the sound issue and desktop streaming for steam games. But the in-game UI still appears to be broken.
