RemotePlayWhatever Program crashes attempting invite

When i launch a game, then launch RemotePlayWhatever and try to create a guest link or invite a friend, program crashes immediately. I'm using Steam Beta Update.

Also, removing Steam Beta Update kinda fixes the problem, but after 7 minutes of playthrough entire Steam crashes and restarts.

I have the same issue, and unfortunately the developer never responded to any of my reports. Let's hope they respond to yours

I'm afraid there's not much I can fix here. Once the invite is sent, the RPW job is over, the rest is handled by Steam and its Remote Play Together.

RPW crashes with the Steam Beta client because of an ABI mismatch, it's an expected behavior.

I had some issue with the remote play after removing the steam beta update as well, but reinstalling steam fixed it for me. You can try it by removing everything from the steam folder except for the steam.exe and the steamapps folder, then start steam up again
