God of War Ragnarok: Strange bug and solution

Hello, here one observation: I use this tool all the time (THANK YOU SO MUCH!). I played many games - f.e. God of War (2018) with a beautiful lady from Iran without any problems. I use a PS5 controller, she uses a PS4 controller. With the new God of War Ragnarök, we both lost controll as soon as she connected her controller. Meaning: I play alone with PS5 controller = no problems. She connects her PS4 contoller = we both cant do anything.

I was troubleshooting and restartet the game with my XBOX One controller. Result: she could play now with her PS4 controller but didn't have vibrations. Good enough fix... even though vibrations are very important.

First off: Can anyone make something out of this and has any idea what the problem is. I guess not.. Second of all: I just wanted to share that observation.. Maybe it is of any use to any player or the BEAUTIFUL developer.
