Client view is sliced and weirdly moved

Me, as a client on Windows 11 and the Host, on Windows 10, wanted to play The Quarry, yet I cannot see the game properly.

the view is divided into 8 horizontally placed slices.

Audio works fine, I can interact with the game normally. The only issue is that the view is broken.

We are both on Nvidia graphics cards with up-to-date drivers. We tried any other game and the result is the same, even the games that support remote play (using steam legacy remote play everything works as intended).
