Since this is a complex project, we need to write up some docs, extract docstrings and host them either on github or pythonhosted.
Once tests are implemented, we need to run them for each PR and release. This also includes incrementing the version after a successful PR.
I skipped this feature during refactoring. Need to see where to add it back.
