Default font-size and alignment

When I copy a text in MS Word and paste it in the tinymce editor, the formatting is also copied. Like if a text with a font-size of 28 and center alignment is pasted, then the same formatting is applied. What I wanted is, irrespective of the font-size and alignment of the text copied, it should take the default font-size of 12 and left alignment when pasted into the editor. Is there anyway to set this configuration for default font-size and alignment?
