BallBlazer Champions - Only Audio from Video stream

Description
files like LEC_LOGO.STR F5_LOGO.STR etc, they only show an audio file, but not associated video.
In version 1.06 this was improved, but not fixed. The logo files now work correctly, but the other videos have some issues still.
Files like BBC_BANG show "Error with frame 30: Unable to determine frame type." flickering in the movie, but the audio is correctly included in the video file. You can see some correctly extracted frames, but I'd say around 80% of frames are dropped.
Additionally, sound files like KRACH.XA have the problem that other games had in 1.00, which was that very short audio files are created/split incorrectly resulting in tiny 8KB clips which are probably supposed to belong to the clip preceding it.
Still broken in version 2. A couple frames show in BBC-BANG but then it stops working after flickering for a few seconds.
