Pattern fill not scaled correctly

I just encountered the same problem while trying to generate a checkered pattern. In the browser everything looks exactly as calculated and expected but in the created PDF small spacings...

Noticed the same and find it quite worrying. It might be a false positive of course, but the fact, that Google is among the red flags and also the reports...
