regression: remove tor-gate for onion nodes

I can no longer connect to onion nodes as the app requires me to install orbot (i use invizable and other solutions to connect to tor)

Proposing to remove the check or enable overiding it.

Id like to add that invizible using proxy mode is far more stable than orbot
